If you have a question regarding an order you placed in the PCMech Store, your membership to PCMech.com, or any other sales issue, please email the address below.
Problems Logging In, Email Subscriptions
If you cannot log into our site, first try to use the Lost Password function. Also, be sure you are logging into the correct section. For example, some people try to log into the main PCMECH site when their membership is only in our forums. If so, you need to log into our forums separately.
If you wish to unsubscribe from one of our newsletters, there is no need to email us! Just click on the unsubscribe link which is found at the bottom of every email we send. If you need to change your email address, just unsubscribe and then re-subscribe with your new address.
